Use your Home page

Home is your work at a glance: what is assigned to you, how full your favourite views are, and the tickets you looked at last.

Open Home

• Press Ctrl+Alt+H anywhere in the workspace.
• To land on Home every time you sign in, open your account menu, choose Preferences and set After sign-in, open to Home. The logo at the top of the left rail then takes you there too.

New admins land on Home while the Getting started checklist is open. See complete the setup checklist.

Assigned to me

Your tickets that are New, Open, Pending or On-hold, with the most recently updated first. The count is shown at the top of the card.

A ticket that changed since you last opened it is shown in bold with an Updated badge, so you can see at once where a customer has replied.

Pinned views

Show the views you check most, with a live count of tickets in each.

1. In the Pinned views card, choose Pin views.
2. Click a view to pin or unpin it. You can pin up to 12 views.
3. Click a count to open that view.

Your pins are saved to your account, so they follow you to any browser.

Recently viewed

The last 10 tickets you opened, newest first. Use it to get back to a ticket you closed the tab of a moment ago.
