Create your workspace

Sign up, choose your workspace address and sign in for the first time.

A workspace is your company’s own ChaosDesk: its address, brands, team, tickets and settings, separated from every other company.

Sign up

  1. Open the sign-up page and fill in Your name, Work email, Password (at least 10 characters), Company and Your help desk address (for example acme.chaosdesk.io). ChaosDesk checks that the address is free and suggests another one if it is taken.
  2. Optionally pick your Industry and Team size. With an industry, ChaosDesk sets up groups, ticket fields, macros and views that fit it.
  3. Accept the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy and choose Create my workspace.
  4. We send a 6-digit code to your email. Enter it and choose Confirm and create.

Your workspace is ready a few seconds later. You are its first admin, and the setup steps open so you can connect email and invite your team. See complete the setup checklist.

Sign in later

Go to your workspace address and sign in with your email and password. Tick Keep me signed in for 30 days on a computer only you use.

After 10 wrong passwords for the same account, sign-in pauses for 15 minutes to protect it. Use Forgot your password? to get a reset link by email; the link works once and expires after 1 hour.
