Plans and billing
The plans, what a seat is, and how billing works.
ChaosDesk is priced per agent per month. Prices and features per plan are on the pricing page.

Prices are per agent per month, in US dollars or euros. Annual billing is about 20 % cheaper.
Your billing page
Admins find their plan in Admin Center, Integrations, Plan and billing. It shows your Current plan (and when a trial ends or the plan renews), your Seats in use and paid for, and a card for every plan with what it adds.
Seats
A seat is an active agent or admin. Light agents and suspended team members are free and never count. See add or remove seats and light agents.
Locked features
A feature that is not in your plan shows a lock and the cheapest plan that has it, with an Upgrade to button for admins. Anything you set up before is kept, not deleted, and works again as soon as you upgrade. The API answers 402 plan_required for it. See plan limits.
