Available on Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise. Compare plans

The copilot sits in the ticket. Open it with Copilot. It has three tabs: Assist, Translate and Knowledge.

Summarise a long ticket

On Assist, choose Summarize ticket. You get a short summary of the conversation so far, useful when you pick up someone else’s ticket.

Draft a reply

  1. On Assist, optionally tell the copilot what the reply should say.
  2. Choose Draft reply.
  3. Read the draft and its Sources: the articles and macros it used.
  4. Choose Insert to add it to your reply, or Replace draft to replace what you wrote. Copy and Discard work too.

AI text is never sent automatically. It is marked “AI-generated, review before sending” until you submit.

Change your draft

Write a draft in the composer, then under Change your draft choose Friendlier, More formal, Expand or Shorten.

Answer from your articles

On Knowledge, search your help centre articles, or ask a question and choose Answer from articles. Use Insert link to add an article link to your reply.

Usage

Each copilot action counts towards your plan’s fair-use allowance. See Fair use and usage.
