Zendesk’s headline price is per agent, per month. The number most teams end up paying is higher, because the features that matter most are often add-ons. Here is what the public pricing page showed on 6 November 2026. Prices change, so always check zendesk.com/pricing before you decide.

The plans

PlanPer agent / month, billed annuallyBilled monthly
Support Team$19$25
Suite Team$55$69
Suite Professional$115$149
Suite EnterpriseContact salesContact sales

Prices as of 2026-11-06, USD, excluding tax. Suite Growth was not listed on the public page on that date.

The add-ons that change the total

  • Copilot. The generative AI assistant for agents is an add-on at $50 per agent per month (billed yearly), for Professional and above.
  • Automated resolutions. AI agents are priced per resolution: $1.50 committed or $2.00 pay as you go, with a small number included per agent.
  • Data center location. Choosing where your data is stored (for example the EEA) is an add-on, and was not available on the Team plans.

A worked example: 20 agents

A team of 20 agents on Suite Professional with Copilot, billed annually:

ItemPer monthPer year
Suite Professional, 20 x $115$2,300$27,600
Copilot, 20 x $50$1,000$12,000
Total$3,300$39,600

That is before automated resolutions and data location.

The same team on ChaosDesk

ChaosDesk Pro is $19 per agent per month billed annually ($23 monthly), with the AI copilot included under a fair-use allowance of 450 actions per agent per month, pooled across the team. Data is hosted in the EU on every plan.

ItemPer monthPer year
ChaosDesk Pro, 20 x $19$380$4,560
AI copilotincludedincluded
Total$380$4,560

Light agents (colleagues who read tickets and add internal notes) are free on both Growth and Pro.

What to compare besides the price

  • Feature parity for your workflows, not for a feature list: views, macros, triggers, SLAs and the reports you actually open.
  • Migration effort. A cheaper tool that takes three months to adopt is not cheaper.
  • Integrations. Your own API scripts can move with a base URL change to ChaosDesk; marketplace apps tied to zendesk.com need a replacement.
